Electronic throttle or not??

I have a 2008 speedster with the 215 4- tec motor. How do I tell if I have an electronic throttle?

Look at the throttle body on the motor. Should look something like this if it's electronic:

I'm going to assume based on the photo that I must not have the electronic throttle??
