ELECTRICAL HELP....2012 Seadoo Challenger 210 (1 engine)

So, I want to add an 3 position switch, battery isolater, and a second battery to my 210. On a regular engine, I would run a wire off the alternator straight to the inverter or 3 position switch (off, batt1, batt2).

However, since this boat has a magneto I am lost. Any advice for what positive wire should go directly to invertor or switch?

There will be three red cables. The positive cable from both batteries should be run separately to the battery switch, and the cable that originally went to the battery should also be connected to the switch.

In position "OFF", "1" and "2", the two batteries will be isolated. In "ALL" they will be connected in parallel without isolation.
