Easiest Way To Drain Oil

I have a 1995 SeaDoo GTX that hasn't run in a few years so I need to drain the oil. I don't want to remove the oil tank if I don't have to. Is there a way to drain the oil without removing the tank?

2 ways that I know of, either pull the oil tank, or use a syphon tube on a hand/electric/drill pump and suck it out. You can pick up a marine oil change pump that will work as well.
