Having A problem finding the Pump Kit for 1 of the 3, 2003 supercharged 4-tec 185's in the shop. It is a plastic 155mm housing with shorter impeller shaft, and smaller bearing.
The ski was built in Jan of 2003, It has an 87mm long impeller shaft, 25mm ID / 56mm OD Angled Bearing, and flared shaft sleeve.
Housing number 271-001-258
The old toasted parts in below images are next to the kit (Sea-Doo 2003-2006 GTX 185 Supercharged 4-TEC Jet Pump Rebuild Kit) which has a bigger bearing, and longer shaft.
I need impeller shaft, bearing, shaft sleeve, oil seal, spacer, o-rings, etc, and have no idea what kit/shaft to buy.
Problem is no dealers list sizes, housing numbers, or serial number breaks. Just year, which doesn't help with used ski's and multiple owners. And every shaft and bearing looks the same in every schematic.
And the owner wants to keep the plastic housing of course.
Any help will save me, Thanks
