This is my Drive shaft on my 02 gtx 4 tec and it looks like a gap between the black plastic cone and the Metal Stop on the Shaft. I this normal? and Does anyone know how far the splines go into the impellor ? this is about 3/4 of an inch ... Is this sufficient ....it seems as though this needs to move foward more or is the gap for shaft movement in change of speed etc? CLICK VIEW ON YOUR TOOLBAR AND ZOOM TO 200 OR 400% TO SEE BETTER
