Drive shaft assembly

I got this ski and a bucket of parts, need some help with drive shaft assembly parts, and what order, up to PTO. The black part ID, is much larger than that portion of shaft, unless something is missing or worn out allot.

The order you have it sitting is correct.
Make sure you have both the rubber bumpers that go on each end of the shaft.
