just noticed this line wasnt connected.. i have no clue if its vaccum , coolant or what ... anyone here have any idea were this goes.. i would highly appreciate the help....its for my 95 gtx... on the pic it shows were its connected but not sure were the other end goes

If you have a flooded battery you need to connect it a the hydrogen gas from a battery is explosive.
If you have a maintenance free / sealed battery it is not used.

Yes, that is a flooded battery.
There will be a nipple for the hose on one side.
