Discontinued fuel pump

New to this forum and first post. I am sorry id this was already resolved on here and I didn't find it. We have a 1997 GSI with a shot fuel pump and it appears the part is discontinued, not surprisingly. Anyone know if there is a work around or a similar part from another model that can be made to work? Thank you.

Try OSD Seadoo.
I assume you are talking about the accelerator pump, not the fuel pump. The fuel pump parts come with the rebuild kits.

Thank you. I am not sure and have not worked on one of these much. Fuel is no longer getting to the carb. I replaced the in line fuel filter and the fuel selector switch and it did not help. I was going to try the fuel pump next. Fuel lines seem to be good.

You need to get Back to OEM kits form OSD Seadoo and replace everything.

Yes, because you have a 1997 720 single carb.
