Hello all,

so the other day the dess key was working just fine and when I got home I accidentally left the nav lights on. The next morning battery dead. So I pulled the battery out and charged it. I reinstalled it today and now the dess is not working at all. No beeps or anything. The electronics are working, horn, blower, bilge all are working so I know I am getting power. But why is the dess doing nothing. Obviously I tried to hit the start button and nothing happened. Any help would be great. This is for a 97 challenger 1800.
Thanks.

Oops forgot to also say. When I installed the battery it was backwards. My error. So the red was on black and black on red for about 10 seconds before I saw it. I’m sure I blew a fuse somewhere. Just looking for guidance on how to start figuring it out. I am horrible at electrical. Again. Thanks.
