I haven't done it myself, but I understand that if you use a hair dryer to heat the decal/graphic it will be easier to remove/peel off.

That said it the decals have been on for a while you will find that the gelcoat under the decal has not been affected by the UV from the sun as much as other areas and you may be disappointed with how it looks.

I Should add that you not use anything other than a hair dryer to heat the decal otherwise you run the risk of damaging the gelcoat.

Use a heat gun and bring the surface of the vehicle to just above hot to the touch. Carefully start peeling the edge of the decal and lift slowly with a knife tip or something that will get just under the decal. Keep the heat flowing on the decal and vehicle surface and everything will come off nicely, Then follow up with (goo be gone) "found at wal-mart" to remove the sticky residue
