Cylinder resleeving options

Hello and good evening!
2002 Gti Le 720 I bought as “ran when parked”. Ran on trailer but wouldn’t start in the water, quick compression test showed 80psi on the PTO cylinder.
I Stopped right there and pulled the cylinders off. Low and behold, The previous owner bored out .050in. over
Found a major score line straight up and down the cylinder, and a crack around one of the intake ports.
It is going to need new pistons, rings, and of course cylinder work. My question is, being the sleeves are bored .050 over, what are my options? Of course I’d like to get it running as soon as possible as the summer is fast fading away.
I’ve seen the eBay exchange programs, just not sure of the quality of the work. Also, my cores are not usable according to their definition.

Awesome, I had read about some quality control concerns with SBT cylinders. Should that be a worry? Hopefully someone reading the thread has tried them and knows.

SBT is nothing special and typically just bore 1.00 mm over and send them out. You asked for the fastest way to get on the water and SBT is just that, not the best, just the fastest and fine for a stock rebuild.
