On the Islandia's, how are the cushions/bolsters that are secures to the fiberglass removed? Do they simply pull off with enough force? Or is a special tool needed? I know some have accessible nuts and bolts but some seem held in maybe just by push pins.
Thanks,
James

(I edited your topic to reflect cushions, Coastiejoe)...

On the smaller boats, you pull the bottom away, and then lift. But on the islandia... I THINK... they are bolted down. (but let me check)

Unfortunately, I haven't had mine out, but I do have the actual manuals. (I'll see what they say)

*****EDIT*****

Yep... they are bolted on. The book says...

"Backrests are secured to the deck with screws which can be accessed from inside the changing room and convenience center, or by removing the headlight covers and cup holders."

I remember doing the arm rests in a14.5' seadoo, and my arms don't fit in the cup holder holes. I had to get a neighbor lady with long, thin arms to help. (not an easy thing to do)
