CSI not flowing

Only just found out that Cooling System Indicator is not squirting water whilst in water, it does when flushing with a hose. Kids use it and don't know how long it has been like this, they use it a lot so assume it is cooling ok. The manuals don't really help any suggestions?:cheers:

Check the hoses for blockage, as well as the spigots on motor and exhaust pipe
