HI WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT THE CRANKING PRESSURE SHOULD BE ON A 2 STROKE 951CC MOTOR ON A SEADOO GTX SHOULD BE (IN PSI) IF SOMEONE COULD GET BACK TO ME ASAP IT WOULD BE GREAT OR THEY CAN EMAIL ME ON diablo383@hotmail.com

THANK YOU PETER

I belive perfect compression is around 150psi, and they should be within 5-10psi of each other.

Almost every engine uses the perfered Psi of 150 as an ideal Compression, with a 10% loss difference factor. Less than 90 psi, time for a rebuild.

At what point is there too much PSI? Ie, where should you start to run premium fuel? 160? 190?

A stock engine should never be over 150 psi. If you rebuild the engine and modify it then you will need to do more than just use premium fuel. Carb re jetting and timing advance will be necessary too.
