Hey guys,

I as trying to flush the left engine on my 2001 seadoo challenger, when i noticed water coming out from the left sided. Initially i thought it was the hose, but after looking at it carefully. i noticed it was the grey exhaust manifold which which is right next to the engine compartment has a small crack. The one that looks like a half circle. Does anyone know how i can fix that? I am attaching a picture of the part i am talking about

That can be removed and Tig welded, or you can clean the corrosion off and expose good metal and use epoxy if you want to fix at home (assuming you can't weld of course). I would expect to pay $25-$30.00 to have a leak at a casting plug properly tig welded.
