Counterbalance installed one tooth off?

Hello,

I just got my engine back together, and I'm doing some reading of the shop manual to make sure I didn't miss anything.
I notice in the counterbalance picture that the marks are pretty much even with the flange surface.
However, it looks like the picture was taken where the shaft was installed on the bottom half of the engine shell.

I set my engine on the cylinder blocks and dropped my shaft into the top part of the engine for installation.
Then I installed my counterbalance shaft and made the lines even with the top shell.
Now that I'm re-looking at this picture, I think that would make my counterbalance one tooth off.

What do you guys recommend I do? Will this cause pretty serious damage to try and run it like this?
Do I need to tear the bottom end back off? Or will I be able to tell on engine start?

I did get a picture directly after installation, but not sure if it is helpful:

And then a video rotating the shaft by hand:

Thanks,
