Counter clockwise rotation by hand

2008 RXP 215. Piece rope went in the intake with a 1/4” edge visible from the back pinched under the impeller. Other end is hanging out towards the front. Can I rotate the engine backwards (counter clockwise I think) by the turbo bolt or removing the cone? Its braided nylon, also thought about burning it out???

Please stop making multiple posts on the same issue.
We will get to them as quickly as possible.

I would not turn the engine by the turbo bolts, just the driveshaft.

You are going to have to get in there and cut the rope out.

Do not burn or heat it as there are plastic parts in the pump.
