Counter balance oil

Good afternoon, I'm in the process of dropping in a 947/951 I took the screw out that is evidently supposed to have oil. Pretty much flipped the motor up side down I'm getting no oil coming out. There is supposed to be oil in there correct? I'm attaching a picture any input is highly appreciated. Thank you !

Yes there should be oil in there. Id watch a video on youtube on how to change it.

There is suppose to be oil but not a lot. I would put it in prior to install if you can, its rather cumbersome to fill while installed.

Might want to fill and drain to make sure no shavings/crude comes out...worries me there was no oil in it at all! I use a turkey injector to fill and drain.
