I have had the challenger for three years, I have had to take it to the dealer every season for electrical issues for the most part. I took the boat in this fall for winterization and the dealer called and ask had I had accident. What? no the boat is fine. He said that the main bearing (prop) was bad and they would need to replace it. So they did and also perform normal maintenance. I waited for the weather to finallly warm again and I put the boat in the water. I ran very slowly on my first ride and the motor began to tick. I checked it and all the oil was in the bildge. So I take the boat out of the water and the dealer has had the boat for 15 days and they say now they will need to remove the engine to find the problem. It's just crazy, I took a good boat in for service and all of sudden there something seriously wrong with motor. I thought they maybe just didn't tighten something or maybe had two gaskets on the oil filter. I called Seadoo and they said there's nothing they can do but the repairs are under warranty. I bought Seadoo because I thought it was reliable. Should I just plan on selling the boat and buy another brand.
