For the manifold to pipe gasket I plan to get new ones, but not sure about the copper ring on the big end. Can the ring be reused or do I get that as well? Who is the best place to order from?
One definitely looks copper, but one I am not sure of. Looks like someone has been in here before judging by the black RTV?

Detail that up, clean the copper ring, and use hi temp orange rtv and a new pipe to mani gasket and your good to go. Take your time on the assembly and you'll be fine. Just pay attention, it should go together smoothly you shouldn't need to dick with it to fit right. I like to put the hardware in the lower pipe first with the big clamp just dangling then put the copper ring and rtv. Then do the upper pipe, gasket dry, install the pipe support loose, tighten the head pipe, loosen the lower pipe but leave the screws in. Align the joint, tighten the clamp, tighten the head pipe, tighten the lower pipe. Use blue loctite on the lower pipe screws.

Re-use the copper ring. You can hammer it to get it back in shape if pulling it from the RTV damaged it. You will need to run a bead of RTV. I would not use the black (don't ask me how I know!!!)

Use high temp RTV silicone. I lay a bead on the exhaust pipe and lay the copper ring over it and another bead on top of that. If you do not use RTV, you will almost for sure get a leak at the collar.. There is also an order to replace the parts so look at the service manual. You may need to loosen other parts of the exhaust to properly install so there is no alignment issue which will cause the exhaust to loosen and snap bolts/loosen nuts. (again, don't ask me how I know!!!...) Sucks to do it twice because it is not done correct the first time!!

Lower pipe is still in the boat. Have to try to find a local dealer and try to get the gaskets tomorrow but kind of doubt it will happen. I plan to use the orange RTV, that pipe came apart a lot easier then the black.

Unless you are in a rush, skip the local dealer and search around. Get a price before you go to them as you may find they are way more than you can get them for online. My local dealer charged me $20 for carb base gaskets and I picked up a spare set on Ebay for $9 delivered.

Lol, my phone has Swype. I don't have to press every letter. I can just drag my finger over the keyboard and it knows what I want to type. It's like lightning!
