No water seems to be coming out of pisser (discharge hole on back of Sea Doo) I have a 1999 Sea Doo GTI. Could there be a blockage or air pocket.

Blockage most likely

Look in the service manual (available here or several places on line) for the cooling system diagram, it is reasonably straightforward.

My suggestion is to pop off the head cover to see general internal condition, then you will maybe need to remove the head to clean out the cooling jacket which tends to accumulate sand. Be very careful in removing the bolts; break-free-type stuff and lots of patience are the key-words.

I am guessing the ski has been operated primarily in salt water so, if flushing were not done after every stint in salt water you might find this:

I have a 95 Xp, never operated in salt water and can't get water to come out pisser while operating...I flush regularly...can't get water to come out pisser while using flush kit and clamping between water inlet and outlet..actually looks like air bubble being sucked in from pisser instead water flowing out..any ideas

Welcome to the best SeaDoo forum.

For best response and advice you should start a new thread, but having said that ....
My advice is as above. Disconnecting cooling lines in various places and applying low pressure air is a common practice.
If you are not familiar with the cooling system is starts at the jet pump; the raw water cools the system.
