cooling question

have one other question about the cooling system if anyone can help..
the 2 jets of water coming out of the hull above the water line in the stern,are they both supposed to run hot?? one of mine, the one on the left ,as seen from the stern is running hot and the one on the right is running cold

Maybe a clog

is there alot of water flowing throught them becuase your should get a little warm but not hot hot. You might have a clog in the system. I would say you might want to see whats happening!
