cooling problems

I have a 2001 gti I just put a new 720 sbt motor in it and i cant get water to flow threw the engine and threw the exhaust any ideas?

I would call sbt before you do anything on your own in case it has a defect from them. Are you sure all the cooling lines are installed correctly?
