Can I replace the stock green coolant in my 2012 gtr with the new extended life orange coolant?

That would depend on what your owner's manual calls for. I suspect the 2012 is similar to my 2017. The only two criteria in my 2017 owner's manual for coolant is that it is ethaline glycol based, low silicate. The manual doesn't specify color. I ran standard Prestone in my 2002s and never had an issue. In my 2017 & 2023 I'm using DexCool because it meets the two requirements in the owner's manual.
