Coolant Plug on Wake 230

Hello,

I've just purchased a 2007 wake 230 (430hp). When trying to add coolant to the left side motor I noticed a coolant leak from a missing plug on the engine block just above the starter motor. Does anyone know what this plug is so I can replace it, and why it would be missing? I'm wondering if this was removed during winterization. Thanks.
