Coolant in hull

Bottoms up

I have a 2014 GTI SE 130 with 71 hours on it. I recently noticed I was running low on coolant as it was below the min level line. I filled it halfway up the coolant reservoir and it has remained constant after 2 weekends of hard running in Lake Erie. I did this past weekend notice some coolant in the hull under the engine. The reservoir dropped maybe a few millimeters but hard to tell. I’m not getting any overheating warnings and it’s running great. I don‘t See any coolant on any hoses. Should I be concerned? I’m new to this and don’t want to miss rest of season for something that can wait until fall. Appreciate any help!9EF94C03-71AE-4198-806B-092F00709986.jpeg

Looks like the hose clamp in the picture needs tightening , if there are any others like it tighten them also. They need to be tightened a couple times from new, don't over crank them.

Really?! Even if they don’t feel loose by hand?
