Coolant Capacity

I'd like to replace the coolant on our twin 155 210SE.I noticed the user manual calls for 5.8qts total. So is it safe to assume that it's basically 2.9qts each engine? I see 2 fill caps under the engine cover.

I have a single engine and the coolant capacity is 5.8 guarts or approximately 1 1/2 gallons per engine and not a total for two engines.

Hmm. I would have thought the manual would be more specific (as in a statement like: "per engine"). It simply showed 5.8 qts total regardless of number of engines. Does the same for oil capacity as well though and we know it's per motor.
