Confused about which hose winterizing

I was reviewing the manual today about winterizing my 2002 GTX Carb'd and I had a question....

This is my understanding of how it should be pinched and disconnected before pouring the antifreeze in. Is this right?

My concern was if you pour in this side of the fitting into the engine cylinder head isn't that going to fill the pistons with some antifreeze? (ie. like towing your boat behind another too fast without the inlet line pinched?)

I would leave the 2 bottom hose pincher's off so the antifreeze will flow and not back up into the engine. When you unpinch them, the antifreeze is going to run out of them anyway. If you leave them pinched and over fill with antifreeze it will back up into the exhaust and flood the engine. Fill from the T and look for anti freeze to flow from the 2 lower hoses ends.
