I just purchased some used replacement OEM gauges for my ‘04 Islandia. The windows on them are rather yellowed and cloudy. Is it possible to pop them open to clean them? Or possibly replace with the windows on my current gauges that are in better shape?

Are you sure they are "dirty" inside or are they frosted all the way thru the lens?
Some modern headlights frost on the outside only, some cloud all the way thru.
If they are frosted only on the outside, try car POLISH. It has abrasive in it. All the OEM gages I have seen are sealed/welded, not meant to be opened.
