Has anyone used krylon fusion? they say its for plastics, and i really need to get this GTX cleaned up and looking good, its been sitting outside for a couple years getting sun baked . the hull it self is in great shape but the purple and and black has dulled along with the backside of the mirrors. I would like to thank who ever suggested the Schwin bicycle grips from wal-mart as replacements for this seadoo they work great!! Also where can i get a new fire extingusher to replace the original, its past due to be changed out.

Miniature fire extinguisher can be picked up at any boat shop. Depending on the storage bin on your boat, you could stuff a slightly larger extinguisher that would be more commonly found in hardware stores.

Make sure it is B-rated for flammable liquids.

Krylon fusion is not that durable of a paint. It is naturally flexible, which is a liability on the hull surfaces. I wasn't happy with how it stood up on lawn furniture that doesn't get a lot of action. I don't think I'd be happy with performance on surfaces that take a pounding from water spray and general scuffing when boarding. Go with a quality 2-part paint - it's more expensive, but it will last longer and look better.
