the seat on my 98 gsx limited is coverd in something i cant get off easly.
it's been in storage with the cover on for 2 years. the crap on it looks like mold maybe or something that has kind of seatled into the texture of the vinyl.

does any one know what i can use to clean?

I use a cleaner called awesome, it works really well in getting mildew/grime off without being too detrimental to the article your cleaning, it and a soft brush will clean it up, just make sure and put some kind of protectant, again i use black majic protectant to add a little moisture back and keep things from drying out on seats and things. As for the Awesome on fiberglass and such it doesnt seem to strip the wax or dull the finish and be as harsh as other cleaners. Just my .02

Mildew can be removed easily with a product called TSP. We mix it with bleach and water and add it to the detergent tank of our pressure washer to clean our house (vinyl siding). I'm sure it would work on your seat.
