Took the skis down to the bay on Sunday, and it was... AWESOME.

4-6' rollers everywhere. the XP jumps like a CHAMP. so much so that I want another one!

I'm going to be selling my 99 GSX LTD and picking up another 951 XP.

Anyone want a GSX LTD 951? It's wicked evil fast ski, and stable!

We launched out of the Susquehanna State park in MD. however next time I think we might use Port Deposit, MD.

we went down and swam around that nature preserve thing, I guess you aren't allowed on it?

then went all the way to ramp at elk neck.

then went up to the Nauti Goose Saloon

it was a great trip. My friend got a little beat up on their skis though. I swear my XP handles the 6-8' rollers better than the 4 strokes. I can trim up and get the ski near vertical for the best landings. LOVE it, love it, love it.

the GSX is way more stable. I've fallen off the XP in no wake zones lots of times lol. they are both loads of fun, but I'm an XP kind of guy.

2 on the GSX works. 2 on the XP is a joke... so much for my matching 'red' ski set', but the wife says 'no more skis'... so I'm gonna swap 1 for 1 :)

I just used this map tool:

http://www.daftlogic.com/projects-google-maps-distance-calculator.htm

and came up with about 47 miles.. which, from our fuel levels seems pretty close.

I launch out of Havre De Grace all the time and cruise all over the upper bay area. there are lots of places to ride that's for sure! I like going fast on Swan Creek just behind the Proving grounds at the Head of the bay. Maybe see you out there sometime.
