check engine p0351

Hey all, one of my boats, the 150 Speetster, 215HP Supercharged has an error. Check engine p0351, which is Ignition coil #1 open circuit or shorted to ground or to 12V . Does this have to do with a blown fuse? Anything else that would randomly cause this issue? How easy is it to get a fuse if thats whats wrong?
