Check Engine Light comes on when boat put in foward or reverse.

I have a 2004 Speedster 200 and the check engine light comes on when the boat is engage in forward or reverse for the drivers side engine only. The light does not come on when idling at all. I ran the boat for 20mins with no issue until I engage forward or reverse. Not sure what to look at next.

Not that this is it but I had a similar issue with my 2010 210 Challenger. I had to use the CanDoo Pro to clear the code. It was a communication error between the engines.

I'm assuming you checked the oil levels and they're good?

Yes oil is fine. It is just odd that it only occurs when the boat is put into gear. I thought it may have to do with ICS (inlet clearance system) with the grates not being fully closed but I verified that and the grates are fully closed.
