I have a 2003 Seadoo gti le rfi that is driving me nuts .the charging system wasn’t working when I bought it ck regulator was not putting out change regulator 3 times same thing pull mag cover replaced stator charge 13.2 tested reg again 14.5 at reg plug tested voltage coming out of cutoff relay 13.2 replaced cutoff relay with used one twice same thing looks to me this thing had a bunch of things wrong but I can’t figure if it the cutoff relay or something else I could be missing any wise person that could tell me what’s up thanks in advance
