I have a Seadoo gti le rfi that is not charging I have change voltage regulator two time same problem I change the stator same problem has anyone run into this problem I look age wiring diagram looks like voltage goes thru cutout relay is it possible that could be bad sure would appreciate any help

There is a fuse in the charging line going to the battery.

Yes check was good I got my meter a wiring diagram and trace voltage from stator to regulator had 13.8 at idle went from regulator to cut out relay 13.8 out from relay to battery 12.5 bad cutout relay thank all for all the help

Glad you figured out, just trying to learn myself, what is a cut out relay? Where is it located?
