changing 787 starter 2001 gtx rfi

If anyone can tell me how to get at the bolt holding the rear starter support I
would greatly appreciate it. Any other tips would also be appreciated.

allen bit with extension and swivel on either 1/4" or 3/8" drive, other then that an allen key.
