Challenger 200hp 2 Stroke Stall

Hey guys, I recently purchased a 2002 Challenger 2000 with the 200hp 2 stroke v6 that sat for a few seasons.

It fires up no problem, but will only stay running for about 3 seconds. It seems to run rough for the few seconds that it is running, which makes me suspect a fuel issue.

Plugs were just done, fresh fuel and oil.

Is there a known issue with these motors? Or should I start from scratch diagnosing?
