Yes I did this winter. I put a 10 jbl sub in the hull next to the passenger seat under the glove box. I put the amp in the glove box. I install an extra battery with a switch to change from my starting battery to the stereo battery. Ive been out a few times and it sounds great. ck on seedoosportboat.com and look under the challenger section and a guy has good pics of this installed. I copied him. I have an 08 so i insalled front speaker last summer. I have the amp running the sub and the rear speakers and the deck running the front speakers. good luck:reddevil:
