challenger 180 neutral switch

Just had a issue starting my boat. Gave me 2 beeps but wouldn't turn over. Ive read that the neutral switch is probably the issue.. Does anyone know where on the boat the switch is? Id like to override the switch before it gives me more headaches..

I have a 2007 challenger 180. The neutral safety switch is located in the shifter (forward -neutral-reverse) assembly . Remove the nobs off the shift sticks. Remove the cover off the shifter assembly at the hull. Then remove the shifter assembly. Is it located near the base of the assembly. It is a fairly easy replacement.
