Challenger 180 listing / pulling to one side

I have a single engine 2008 Challenger 180. I have noticed that this boat is really sensitive to weight distribution. I usually only have my wife and 3 small kids with me. I notice that if the passenger weight is not evenly distributed side to side ( like just moving one 50 lbs kid can make a huge difference) the boat will require quite a bit of steering input just to keep the boat going straight when on plane. It's driving me crazy. Is there anything I can do to improve this? I don't know if this is normal.
