I have a new Gunnel Rubber to fit to my boat the old one has Pop Rivets on it same as the new one when you drill out the old rivets where do they end up in the bottom of the boat if so how do you get them out.

Just drill the heads off and the new ones will push the remaining stud out when you push them in...yea they will just fall on the bottom...just gonna have to clean them out over time as they appear...
