Cavitation

Looking for a few things to check for seems like excessive cavitation when trying to take off If ease into throttle it seems fine but jam it wide open seems to cavitate too much. 2003 sportster 4-tec no supercharger.
Installed new wear ring and impeller looks fine no difference from old wear ring. Any help would be great. Thanks

Time to rebuild the carbon seal. Replace the boot and carbon ring. (OEM ONLY. The aftermarket rings suck) If there is any notable wear on the stainless ring... replace it too.
