on the water this weekend and I think I picked up a good size piece of wood.

2007 Challenger 180 took of the housing with the impellar its a little chewed up and the wear ring has some seious grooves in it

will this make it cavitate

yes..
change the wear ring, check impeller for dents
did my wear ring 2 months ago on a single motor challenger took about 2 hours, plus 2 hours of freezing the ring before hand

I hear a lot of people freezing these rings. I just ordered 2 rings for my speedster. I was wondering do you freeze the plastic wear rings aswell, or are you guys just putting the SS rings in the freezer?
