I have some Threebond 1184 from a previous project.
Can I use it to seal the case half's, I have seen 1194, 1121 mentioned, but wondering the difference from my 1184.

Found this from their website:
TB1184 is a visco-elastic semi-drying sealer which is resistant to oil, water, gasoline and chemicals . Application areas include sealing transmission case covers, motorcycle cases, timing chain cases, side covers, 2-piece cylinders, clutch housing bolts and oil filter mounting surfaces. Since it excels in padding properties, it is highly effective in sealing surfaces with poor flatness or large gaps. TB 1184 is a development of the popular liquid gaskets TB1104 and TB1194, and can be used as a direct replacement in all applications. Also known as Yamabond / Hondabond crankcase sealant.

Thanks in Advance.

Three bond has changed formulas over the years... and in turn... changed names. I've never used that particular version... but it looks like it should work just fine.

Yes, it’s the one I use on all my cases. I prefer it over the 1211 and it’s the same sealant every Japanese manufacturer uses on their cases.
