Carburetor setting / adjustment

I have a 2000 millennium edition Sea-Doo single carburetor and someone who thought they knew what they were doing got the carburetor all out of adjustment and now I can't get it started . Is there a starting point I can set the car at to at least get it started? Thanx Roger
