Well I am at a stand still with this carb rebuild and honestly at my end. One problem after another. One of these screws stripped out that holds that metal piece over the jets and the local SeaDoo shop here tells me these parts are discontinued. Does anyone happen to know where I could possibly get this screw? I tried a local hardware store and found a near match but the threads were further apart than the original and doesn’t want to screw in.

I have same thing happened this summer. I carefully remove it with left turn extractor, and buy new stainless steel ones at local hardware store.

Mines where stripped in the tread, just drill small hole in the middle and than I use turn left screwdriver the unlocks all of them. Realy simple but be carful...

OSD carries a replacement internal screw set for the carbs. The best thing you can do for the future is buy a JIS screwdriver, as those screws are not a standard philips head.

You need M4 X 0.7 thread X 16mm long flat head. I use these and ditch the Phillips. Plus, they're free at work. Flat head screws are measured as over all length where socket head and cap screws are measured under the head for example.
