Carb gasket on a 1997 speedster

I’m working on my 1997 speedster and i dont hâve gasket between the carb and the spark arrestor support. Is it normal?

Yes, factory uses loctite 518 available at Napa.

If i rebuilt it without lock tite can i go for a run? Will i have somme issu?

No, it should be fine. Most people don't put sealant on it but you should.
