Hi to you all. Was just reading through all thr forums and you guys seem to know the stuff!!
I am having problems with my 94 seadoo jet ski. There is a fitting that is located by the cabs, coming out of the engine block. If i turn the engine oil will shot out of it.. Just put engine back in as i had a cylinder and piston fail. The hard bit that I am find is putting it all back in. So..Kinda stuck... Any of you guru's out there that could help?

Rotary chamber....

That's the vent line to your rotary chamber. It runs to the front of the engine then up to the top of your oil tank. You should have a fitting designed to fit it. There is also a "vent" valve there.

You should have 2 larger hoses coming from the bottom of the oil tank, one going to your oil injection pump, where you'll also notice an inline oil filter. The other goes over to the port side of the engine block, where it's split off to two hoses, then, into the side of the engine block for the rotary chamber.

I hope this gives you some help..........
