Bilge pump comes on but doesn't pump water out of bilge. Can't see where it is located. Probable causes?

Had the same problem . Mine was coming on but didn't have enough power to push threw tubing so I purchased a new one same make and model and it works now

I think I found it, on the starboard side front of engine. No room at all. These boats are a bitch to work on. Running but not pumping.

Sorry to hear that. I always worry about that thing failing... Weird thing with mine is, I have random water. Sometimes I go out and it is bone dry, other times, I turn it on and water starts coming out. I wonder if my drain plug is not sealing all the way, sometimes. I do not see any type of o-ring on it...

It's fixed. Nothing wrong with the bilge pump. Plastic dump hose came off the tru-hull fitting. Dumping water back into the bilge. Easy fix new stainless hose clamp. They all should be that easy. Had to remove starboard rear speaker to get to the fitting.
